BIO:
Will Craig began dancing at the age of 9. His mother took him to a line dance class at a
popular club, and he easily picked up on the local dances. A couple years later, in 1996, a
dance team named “Pure Country” noticed Will dancing and invited him to join the team.
Pure Country went on to win numerous awards in the Team Division in the UCWDC
Competitions. In 1997, Will began to compete in the Junior Division. In fact, he took first
place in the Junior Int Pro Am in 1998 at UCWDC Worlds Competitions. He then began
teaching at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in 1999, and won numerous awards in Ballroom
Dancing. However, eventually Will was drawn back to Country Line Dancing. Since 2001
he has remained committed to teach, choreograph and dance simply for fun. This is his
top priority, and Will hopes that no one ever forgets the “FUN” in dancing. After all… isn’t
that why we all started our dancing journey?
